PREA Policy, Annual Reports and Audits

Working Alternatives is committed to adhering to all Prison Rape Elimination Act – Community Confinement Standards, including:

  • §115.222 Ensuring that an administrative or criminal investigation is completed for all allegations of sexual abuse and sexual harassment.
  • §115.287 Ensuring data is collected, aggregated, and assessed to foster the effectiveness of our sexual abuse prevention, detection, and response policies and training.
  • §115.401 Ensuring audits are conducted every three years by an independent auditor certified by the Department of Justice. 

Working Alternatives is committed to protecting our residents from sexual abuse and sexual harassment, and we offer our PREA Policy, Annual Reports, and Audit Results to validate these efforts.
